Datos que se recaban<\/b>: Nombre, apellidos, e-mail, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono, n\u00famero de cuenta bancaria (IBAN), n\u00famero de DNI.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Finalidad:<\/b> GELT\u00a0tratar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n que nos facilita con la finalidad de gestionar la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de entrega de cashback<\/i> (reembolso) obtenido por la compra de GELT CARDS.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Legitimaci\u00f3n<\/b>: La base legal para el tratamiento de sus datos personales es la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio ofrecido por el Responsable y el consentimiento del interesado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Destinatarios<\/b>: Los destinatarios de los datos son las entidades de bancarias y de pago para llevar a cabo la efectiva entrega de cashback<\/i> (reembolso).<\/p>\n

Sin perjuicio de la comunicaci\u00f3n anterior, no cederemos ni comunicaremos sus datos a terceros excepto para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales a las que vengamos obligados (Administraciones P\u00fablicas, entidades financieras, aseguradoras) y\/o ejecutar un contrato.<\/p>\n

Conservaci\u00f3n de datos<\/b>: Sus datos, ser\u00e1n conservados el tiempo m\u00ednimo necesario para los fines autorizados. Una vez finalizado, los datos ser\u00e1n suprimidos. Sin perjuicio de los datos que se conservar\u00e1n debido a la alta como usuario en la aplicaci\u00f3n GELT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Derechos y posibilidad de reclamaci\u00f3n<\/b>: En todo momento, se podr\u00e1 ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificaci\u00f3n, supresi\u00f3n y oposici\u00f3n, portabilidad y limitaci\u00f3n del tratamiento, recogidos en el RGPD (UE) 2016\/679, enviando su petici\u00f3n mediante correo electr\u00f3nico a dpd@geltapp.com<\/span><\/a>. Si considera que el tratamiento no se ajusta a la normativa vigente de protecci\u00f3n de datos, tiene derecho a presentar una reclamaci\u00f3n ante la autoridad de control (Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos) en www.agpd.es<\/span><\/a> , aunque es compromiso de GELT garantizar la privacidad y la seguridad de los datos y resolver internamente cualquier cuesti\u00f3n con ellas relacionada.<\/p>\n
