No obstante lo anterior, en caso de que haya encargados de tratamiento situados fuera del Espacio Econ\u00f3mico Europeo o en territorios que no hayan sido declarados con un nivel de protecci\u00f3n de datos adecuado por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, la transferencia se producir\u00e1 solamente si existen garant\u00edas adecuadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sin perjuicio de la comunicaci\u00f3n anterior, el Responsable no ceder\u00e1 sus datos a terceros excepto para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales a las que vengamos obligados (Administraciones P\u00fablicas, entidades financieras, aseguradoras).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Conservaci\u00f3n de datos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Los datos recabados y proporcionados ser\u00e1n conservados el tiempo m\u00ednimo necesario para los fines autorizados.
