-Cuando has enviado una copia o duplicado<\/strong> del ticket, as\u00ed como el comprobante de una compra online.
\n-Cuando has solicitado una promoci\u00f3n fuera de las fechas<\/strong> requeridas.
\n-Cuando ya han pasado 6 d\u00edas naturales<\/strong> desde que la promoci\u00f3n haya finalizado.<\/p>\n

Por supuesto, aunque no se te habilite \u00abEnviar ticket\u00bb, te aparecer\u00e1 la opci\u00f3n de \u00abContactar con el equipo GELT\u00bb<\/strong>. Recuerda que puedes escribirnos de lunes a viernes al correo hola@geltapp.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
